The modules
Each module posts to the same double-entry ledger as it works, so stock, sales and the accounts never drift apart. Start with the core and switch on the rest as you grow.
How it works
Step 1
Receive crates of drinks, a whole ox, sacks of teff — in the unit you bought them in.
Step 2
Cut the ox into kitfo and tibs meat, cook from recipes, seal packs to take away.
Step 3
Ring up plates and bottles at the till; the kitchen's stock moves by itself.
Step 4
The journal is already posted. See today's sales, margins and what to reorder.
Everyone at their own station
The cashier never sees the ledger and the cook never changes a price. The owner decides who does what — and can shape any role to fit the team.
Owner
Runs the organization: users, roles, settings and branding.
Accountant
The books: journal, payments, payroll and month-end close.
Cashier
The till: sells, takes payment, sees what is in stock.
Storekeeper
The store: receives, counts, transfers between locations.
Cook
The kitchen: recipes, production and butchery — no prices.
Plans
Basic
Sales, purchases, stock and the books.
Standard
Adds the kitchen, butchery and banking.
Premium
Everything, including payroll and the audit log.
Every organization is opened for you by the BirrFlow team, with your Owner account ready.
